How does it work?

You purchase and we ship! It is that simple. While we are working on a subscription option, all boxes are single orders for now.

Can I customize my box for dietary restrictions and food allergies?

At this time, customers are unable to customize boxes for all other dietary restrictions or food allergies. However, we hope to make this option available in the future.

I don't like my box. Can I get a refund?

Our box contents are a surprise each month. As such, you cannot request a refund or an exchange if you do not like the contents of your box. You can, however, reach out to our support team at gifts@jovelchan.com to let us know what you didn't like about the boxes and what items you would like to see more of. We will gladly take your suggestions into consideration for future boxes.

I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Once an order is placed, our team starts working hard to process your box so it ships out to you as quickly as possible. As such, please understand that we cannot accept cancellations. We appreciate your acceptance and understanding!

When will my box arrive?

Boxes are typically shipped out within 5 business days of the start of the month. Estimated delivery times (from receipt of shipment notification) is 2-3 weeks depending on where you are located.
